Thank you for checking out my website. My name is Maarten Vet, signing as VETART.

Painting and traveling are my main passions. I have worked on art projects throughout Europe, like in Berlin, Paris, Bregenz, Budapest and Amsterdam. I’ve also visited Costa Rica for an art project. Traveling inspires me, which you’ll see reflected in my work. I include lots of colours, surrealism, abstract fantasy and psychedelic worlds.

I also enjoy making music; specifically songs that match the vibe of a particular painting. My other interests are blacksmithing, woodcutting, philosophy, nature, history and the joy of life.
